My local MAG group
The Whitehaven Motorcycle Action Group meet (as from the 7th January 2008) in the Haven Club, Cleator Moor Road, Hensingham on the first and third Mondays of the month. Meetings start at 8pm sharp. This group has got a good mixture of politics and social activities. They have nights out, host the Into The Pink rally, they go to bike shows, pub crawls, rallies, parties they organise meals, treasure hunts, BBQ's. Why not come to one of our meetings, you will be made very welcome. The MAG Cumbria regional website is worth a visit to see what Cumbrian biker related events are taking place.

Anne was presented with the Richard Tegg award at this years (2006) MAG AGC for her sustained and continued work at local level over many years. Well done Anne you definitely deserved it. Caroline received the MAG Cumbria member of the year award at this years (2006) AGM. Well done Caroline. Caroline stepped down from doing secretary at the 2008 AGM to which she did a great job. Replacing her is Steve Bragg, although not as good looking as Caroline, I'm sure he will make a good secretary.
